- Okay hear me out, this game is actually good:
This game is hella inspired by games like the New Tetris where you make squares to score more, and it's essentially built around it. Your piece set is made of pairs tetrominoes and pentominoes that complement eachother to make 3x3 boxes easily, but you can combine them to make 3x4 or 3x5 boxes that are worth more points
The way the combo works is that combo only breaks on the second piece that doesn't clear a line nor make a box. This makes it lenient enough to theoretically go on forever since you can make 3x3s every other piece if the piece queue is nice enough to you, but it's quite challenging to keep it going especially without hold.
There's a lot more going on in this game especially in the story missions, I might show off one of those in a later video so you can see what sort of surprises this game has in store. It's super fun and super cute and super polished and I definitely recommend it.

clever choice to have only the pentominos that fill a 3x3 (with one of the tetrominos) and then encourage you to do this repeatedly

WOW. Uh, I just miraculously found the game myself before finding a brand new video from you. Game is really damn fun even outside the weight gain focus this game happily fed itself with, didn't think the critters could get so absurdly fat. I think my pokesona's got some rivalry! xD

Trying this myself, it's definitely an interesting game. The really eclectic piece setup makes it surprisingly tricky, you really need the massive next queue to plan your moves out ahead of time. Having line clears be worth basically nothing if you don't make squares is a pretty bold move.
surprisingly well designed take on the new tetris's squares, and it sounds like there's an optional hold so an endless combo is technically possible (akin to guideline tetris's playing forever)? neat
i like that it seems you can make whatever shape as long as it's a clean rectangle, too
@@Xkeeper0 it's only 3x3, 3x4 or 3x5, but yeah this game is super well designed and polished. the story levels also throw new mechanics in that make for some really fun challenges imo

Peak game actually, gameplay is great, you can use Hold if you are way too stuck to your tetris foundations(i am) and has a surprising lot of diversity on gameplay if you do the campain. Amazing music to vibe while playing, a ranking levels to simulate your expertice on the game, its actually a reallly good game.
also there is some furrys eating, but its honestly pretty cute

It seems like an interesting little puzzle game, even outside of the fetish stuff (though I don't like saying that - I feel like it makes it seem like the fetish content diminishes its quality as a game)! I like the idea behind it, but I feel like the square-making system seems a little restrictive in terms of how you can play, though I like that you can make 3x4/3x5 boxes for more points - maybe it would work better if it was similar to Lumines?
Anyway, what I really wanna know is which of the two main draws got you into this game more. Was it the twist on Tetris, or was it something else...?
@@MaybeNotARobot It was the interesting twist on Tetris and the overall cute vibe that drew me in. No I'm not into the kink aspect of this, it's done tastefully enough that i just see it as a silly cartoony thing that happens (the artstyle definitely helps with that too).
I think the game is well designed as is, it's definitely steering you towards different styles of play than the usual tetris games. There is definitely a high skill ceiling in this game, and some levels in the story mode are more about being an optimisation puzzle and there's lots of room for skill expression other than just playing fast, which I personally really like.
it's done in such a silly way that the appeal of it as a kink isn't there, IMO. maybe some people still find it hot, but i don't.

@@Lexinathan making cakes does give you quite a lot of score, anywhere from ¥5 to ¥30 extra per cake layer cleared depending on the cake you make iirc. the blocks turning to veggie on the other hand is just an indication you can't use those to make cakes anymore
You can create "marbled cakes" to do it you have to make a square or rectangle with three different cakes typically requires making a socket with two cakes then shoving the third into the socket, hard to do but it can in certain situations

for what its worth i played it and it is pretty fun
but yeah it would most likely have a lot more appeal if it wasnt very obviously focused on being kink content
I mean I'm not into this sort of stuff but it's done in a way that I'm not phased by it (game feels more focused on being cute/silly than on being kinky), and like on the one hand I get it but on the other I just wanna say "guess people are gonna be missing out"

Just hold down.
you can't exactly place pieces wherever, if you press down and have at least one column that is clear until the place where the block can go then it will move itself to that place. i like to think of it like if you piece can see where it wants to go from above then it can go there

@@BlazingKhioneus no you can go as fast as you want, the nauseous is just visual flair for "wow you fed this guy a lot". I'm playing slow mostly cause I'm trying really hard to keep the combo alive lol
