What if a plantiff files summary suit on the basis of promissory note. There are 2 defendents and all the signs on the promissory note are fake and bogus. Defendent 1 presents in the court but defendent 2 is out of country and in the process of filing power of attorney . Judge grants defendent 1 leave to defend but defendent 2 is debarred from defend . What is the impact on the case.

Mery aik case mai 6 crore ki fir karwai hai mgar recovery possible nhi hai q k defendant k nam py kuch bi nhi h? Aesi conditions mai kia hoga any remedy... Or agar defendant apny nam k elawa bynami transaction krta ho ya property kisi or k nam py rkhta ho kisi relative k to ussy bi recovery possible hai kia?
