The pumpkin was really sweet but went well with the salty feta cheese. The poached egg was nice and creamy and beetroot hummus was slightly sour. A mix of flavours and textures!

Do you speak Japanese or Korean?. I hope you had a good time, Manchester is a small city, you can see everything in 2 days.

Yes I can speak Korean but I only know the tiniest bit of Japanese. So true! I think that’s the beauty of cities in the UK!
