yeah sampo is busted, he just shreds toughness when there's only one enemy, I have a DoT team with him, Hook, and Serval, all built for effect hit rate and break effect, with Natasha healing, and I honest to god got a 124k total dot proc against svarog earlier today.
I bullied Kafka with Silverwolf Seele Natasha and Welt and the abundance path with some freezing skills she just wasn’t allowed anything no dmg she did sticked long and the dmg she took was brutal
Well the Nihility path banks on the DoT debuffs rather than raw damage from applying said debuffs. That setup only properly wor😮ks if you actually have the proper Light cones for it.

Kafka is managable if you just use abundance to cleanse her control. Abundance is basically godsend for people who still try to finish SU ASAP while their relic was still WIP.
Any roster with Welt and a unit that can apply Wind Shear is super op against Kafka. Dan Heng is even better than Sampo in this setup because he can apply slow debuff as well. Take Asta for Speed boost and a DPS and Kafka is getting obliterated
I can’t decide whether or not to buy sampo from the stardust (or whatever it’s called) shop since I have all the characters needed for this team except him, though my pela is unbuilt
Just wait for 1.2, he'll most likely be in Kafka or Blade banner. And Kafka literally makes dot team really good where sampo shine. And Luka will be released and will be good for physical dot. And me personally, I'd save up for a 5* lightcone since they're hard to get while with 4*, you'll eventually get them.

Pretty sure you can apply every type of dot at the same time with nihility resonance, a quantum character to break the weakness, and welt ult
You can have more effects simultaneously lol. I think I had freeze, entanglement and imprisonment on an enemy before.
To apply DoT you either - break the toughness bar or have a character who can apply DoT.
