6:20, thank you thank you for clarifying that hormonal birth control isn’t for everyone but it IS for a lot of people 🙏🏻😭 bless you. It is exhausting how many influencers do not realize their “influence” when they speak broadly about things as nuanced as birth control.
Yes!! Hormonal birth control is so individualized - as a pharmacist I hate seeing broad statements from influencers about BC. I was on it for ten years and it was life changing when I was 16! My periods sucked! I stopped it after 10 years because it no longer worked for me. I got severe acid reflux and it was life changing for me to get off of it. Fortunately my cycles are regular now and I don’t have severe symptoms like I did as a teenager. Hormonal birth control has its place for many, many reasons.
I’m 24 but mentally I’m a grandma. I care about my gut health, I hangout with my boyfriend, my dogs, my cats, and I read a lot and don’t leave my house🤣
My goal for this winter is to read both of Haley cass's holiday romance books and I'm so excited! I read on the same page because of you and it's one of my favorite romance books of the year and perhaps my favorite sapphic romance of all time and I'm so excited to read when you least expect it and the snowball effect! I hope you get to them too this holiday season , I would love to hear your thoughts!
Blow drying isn't as bad for your hair as you'd think! Air drying doesn't involve heat but it leaves your hair in its most fragile state for a long period of time (depending on how long it takes to dry). Blow drying with moderate or low heat and using heat protection is found to be healthier than air drying. I hope it helps with the hair loss that you're seeing
I have unfortunately been losing a lot of my hair in the last year or so too, and I haven’t figured out how to get it healthy again/ if any of it will ever grow back. I would be interested to know if what you end up trying helps you.

omg sooooo excited to see you discuss the goodreads romantasy nominees 🤭
I started using minoxidol 5% once a week or so and it's helping me retain hair. Basically on every other wash day.
Getting back to this vlogmas my mom read her first Tessa Bailey and she was horrified it was VERY funny.
Wow, the apple 🍎 pie looked delicious ... you should try the sweet tart rope watermelon 🍉 favor..
