How is Courtesan, I’ ve read the note but I am afraid of the amber because it makes perfumes very powdery and my nose cannot stand powdery scent anymore; does it smell powdery in your nose??
Hey there! It’s not as powdery as Ti Amo but in the dry down the cacao comes out a little powdery so this one you may want to stay away from. ❤️

5th avenue by Elizabeth Arden is great price and super clean and soapy. All Moschino perfumes are great and under 100 dollars.

Have you ever done a "how to" video? The best way to store perfume, do's and don'ts about using them, etc. kind of a perfume 101. I would love to see that. I don't wear perfume often so they go bad or at least change. I recently picked up a rollerball of D&G Garden which I am really liking.
I store the ones I'm not wearing in their boxes and in a closed box in a dark closet. It's the light and heat that affect the perfume. Also, when you receive a new one or retrieve one from storage, spray 5-10 times to get rid of what is in the sprayer that has gone bad. I think a lot of people think their scents went bad and they didn't. Hope that helps! 💖💖

Hi there Robin!! Thanks so much for the lovely comment! I’ve had the hardest time finding a really good honeysuckle. The best was the original Kate Spade!! I blind bought Mediterranean Honeysuckle for the same reasons and get loads of citrus and zero honeysuckle.
I have a question i buy rasasi quasamat on Amazon i was not sure if its 100% original,distrubotor was from Dubai but after 30 min dont smell i buy togheter with roberto cavalli paradiso and this one i know that i buy original and smell exactly like you said but rasasi quasamat only smell 30 min i don't know from where to buy original perfume

For this sunny Easter Day I’m wearing my favourite classy summer citrus, which never seems to get any love online for some reason, Chanel Chance Eau Vive. It’s one of the few perfumes I have that works for me year round. It’s still chilly here but this grapefruit floral with Chanel DNA always gives me a lift. ☀️

They are both suuuuuuper strong. They are different but if you didn’t like S.O. You probably won’t like Oud Tonka. It’s so darn strong and def has a strong woody note in DD

I just wanted to pass this along. I heard that salt and stone has a line of wash, lotion. Body mist and deodorant. They have bergamot with hinoki, santal, rose and oud and a neroli scent. I know you like santal and hinoki.

Chris, How many Penhaligon's Portraits perfumes do you have? I bought 2 of them from their website 3 years ago, and I bought Eau The Audacity from their website recently. Unfortunately, I purchased Clara, Arthur, and Yasmine from Jomashop. I believe them to all be fake. The real boxes are magnetized. I can pick up the box from the top with the bottle in it and it stays together. When I try that with the fake ones, it just pulls the top off of the base. Also, when I put the real boxes next to each other, I can pull one, and because of the magnet, the other will follow. If i reverse them they will repel like magnets do. Also, I have a Yasmine sample, and the juice is not the same color.
I do have several. I bought 90% of mine from Bergdorfs( when they were on sale). I just checked my boxes. None of them are magnetized. I’m quite sure Bergdorfs doesn’t sell fakes either. Perfume companies don’t stay in business long if they sell fakes and I’ve purchased hundreds, literally hundreds from Jomashop ; I never suspected one to be fake. Also my Bewitching Yasmine juice is much darker today than when I first bought it about 3 years ago. Perfumes with high concentrations of vanillin (vanilla) darken over time.
@@ThePerfumeNest If you have the bottle in the box and you lift it by the very top of the box, does it lift the base and the bottle? Abi said hers were magnet too, but that she didn't keep them. The ones from Jomashop have taller bases when the tops are off. I was going to look up the code on CheckFresh, and noticed that the lettering on Yasmine was barely legible. Maybe they changed the boxes, IDK Thanks for responding!

Yes, I like originals also, but I am NOT spending $300 and up for a perfume, not anymore. I think it’s almost insulting, what they charge for perfumes nowadays. I used to love Bal D’Afrique but it was almost $300.00 and didn’t last for more than 15 minutes. Bought Vibrant which is a Middle Eastern dupe, didn’t like the opening at first, let it macerate for a few months, it’s literally a clone and lasts at least 4-6 hours. So, yes it’s nice to be perfume snob….but
Hi Michelle! You and I are in agreement. 300$ is A LOT to spend on a perfume. If I look at my entire collection, which is on the large size, I would say my bottles falling in that price range would be WAY less than 1%. So we def have that in common. That being said, I’ve always said my channel is certainly not for everyone. So for those who are just looking for ME clones of popular designer and niche fragrances( I get that request ALL the time) my channel will be a big disappointment. But the good news is there are literally thousands of channels out there that only show those. So there is something for everyone on this lovely platform. 😉❤️

Ah... Devotion or Akro Bake or something similar....that scent profile is something I will "have to" get when the budget allows. The idea of smelling like a lemon pastry is sooo appealing.
I tried the devotion: though I liked it. I smelled like a lemon bar, my husband told me to go wash it off. It's nowhere near the lemon scent of pledge though.
I really wanted to smell that lemon tart too but I didn’t get what I wanted from either of them. both smell like a tart but it doesn’t last.
Despite that I have gotten attached to devotion. It’s just not a lemon bar after 15 minutes.
