Niopolis is for rich people andi and villages near to Niopolis can be accommodate middle class and poor. These areas are to gather rich people to one place and make it a big area just like Jubilee hills. So prices at these areas wont go down but it can be stagnant for a while.
@@hd1k495 let me explain about what you think of getting in return. Those are gated communities and people won’t get out in cars or scooters now and then for milk packet like we do in builder floors which leads to less pollution and there won’t be much traffic jams as well due to that. That area particularly have 250 to 300 ft roads and the small one should be 100ft roads in it’s surroundings, so forget about heavy traffic jams. If there is water scarcity then the people who bought there will deal with it but there won’t be any issue as Telangana have enough water to supply if few barrages constructed. Instead of having builder floors with no setbacks left and illegally constructing extra floors and safety issues along with no trees around with 30ft roads, these are far better.
Jayabheri elevate, aparna one , sumadhura horizon, aparna luxor park, bollineni bion etc. are completed projects with less occupancy. There are plenty of flats for sale in these communities but no buyers.
Over priced than it's capacity...anyone can reach airport with 100rs in delhi NCR...but in hyderabad it cost 1000rs poor infrastructure.
Try airport bus, you can go with 200 to 250 rs or you will find shared cab at the enterence of ORR as well for cheap.
@@gopinath4119 still it is inconvenient than metro service

Yes you are correct. Even though no sales, builders are increasing price regularly
Land cost plus cost of construction is high...infra developed well...good projects.
They will increase price every day.
Niopolis is overrated
TRUE. They bought land at high rates and quoting high rates for flats they are constructing
Cost
Why rates are high?
Builders are creating artificial boom and showing ultra luxury features
@@SVRaoALL4Uevery appartment is the same. Same features. they are just adding the word "luxury" to quote high prices.
