It's a lovely part of England! Pete's brother found a massive ammonite fossil on the beach when he was working down there.

Fantastic vlog! Those beautiful cliffs in Dorset reminded me of the white cliffs of Dover.

So true they're very similar, the south coast of England was really cool. Then we continued to Cornwall and Devon. Surprisingly we had some sunny days every week so think we were a bit lucky too 😃

Great drone footage. Is that the new Avata you’re using? Cool. BTW, your birds eye view of Stonehenge was amazing.

Thanks so much Terence ! Glad you enjoyed them. I just got another DJI FPV drone like we had before, I think the Avata is quite similar 🙂

    Hey C2H!
Wow! Loved this VLOG ... Makes me feel like jumping in the car right now & legging it to the Jurassic Coast.
Stunning scenery, countryside, coastal bays, coves etc & how special is Old Harry's Rocks, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Dor (Man of War rocks) & thanks for the stunning drone footage!!
Nothing beats a bottle of Adnams bitter on Hive beach huh?
Glad you enjoyed Dorset guys ... A truly magical County.
Drive safe, stay safe & look out for each other & I shall REALLY look forward to the next one. N1S

Oh, forgot to mention, you had a very close pass by a seagull too I noticed (at Old Harry's Rocks)!
      Enjoy Cornwall :)

Hey Chris… Nearly lost another drone @ 1:37. Well worth the “seagull risk” though! Nice flying.

Studland holds lots of memories for me, I used to go to a summer camp near Old Harry rock every year when I was little. One of my favourite places. Although I think the UK is one of the worst places for van life in Europe there are still many beautiful places to explore.

    • @TravelTalesVlogs
      @TravelTalesVlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

Yeah I think you hit the nail on the head there ! The UK is definitely difficult for Van Life services but I'm really impressed with the nature. I'm from Essex / London area and never really got to explore much in the UK so this trip has been amazing 😍 Chris👋

    Hi U 2
I see you were drinking my fav beer, Adnams. Next time you come to Britain you have to come to the East and visit the Adnams brewery. So what part of GB are you from, Chris? Another qestion: I was thinking of doing a road trip of Britain myself, but I heard that parking up somewhere is illegal and dangerous in Britain. What are your experiences? What would you suggest? Thanks for your help.

    • @TravelTalesVlogs

Amazing ! I was born in Grays, Essex. We found it to be safe and ok from our experience but we didn't take many risks as we see that there's a lot of theft in certain areas, but we didn't experience anything ourselves. The only thing that is blatantly missing is any van service points, nothing really apart from handful in Scotland so we used campsites for that.

Thank you for the info. Didn't you do 'Britstop' as well? What's that like? Grays in Essex, what a coincidence. I spent quite some time in Essex myself. I tought for 1 year in Waltham Abbey and 5 years in Tiptree near Colchester. But I've been back in Germany for almost 20 years. :) @@TravelTalesVlogs

What a coincidence ! Yeah we did Britstops but only used it a few times because most of the pubs don't have services for motorhomes, just only parking most of the time
