@@Jazz-Singher I’m gonna have to assume it destroys shields and maestro gadgets and even bulletproof camera. All things that I’ll never consider when the trade off is single use gun to destroy only one of multiple of these, not to mention I can just smack the damn things !! I really just see these as rushing potential like a mini-ash charge for barricades ( hatches too right ?), and my friend most defenses are shootable only castle is gonna put up a fight idk what kind of iron utility you’ve been running into, must be one of them PC mods I’ve heard about. ( I can only think of aruni and azami for a non-shootable/easily destroyable gadget. Even then azami is a portable barricade being broken at 3 hits)
5:10 That happens way too often on console, not limited to Zero’s gadget. It pisses me off every time my team don't go on cameras when they're dead on attacking and yet they're willing to keep red pinging Valkyrie cams instead on defending.
They should have the function for you to disable hard pings if you own the can

Zero is like the only operator who (sometimes) can destroy hardbreach denial gadgets from a distance (unlike other ops who need to go right above/below them) and then use his secondary hardbreach. Perfect for solo Q

18:44 you can hear Hibana try and shoot (and fail twice) a gadget (probably a bandit battery on external wall) and because the window was cracked open, you could hear it through site window. That's my theory anyway!

Shooting a Bulletproof camera or a valk camera makes the same noise as zeros cam breaking. Could have heard that through the site window. I agree

No one watches cameras. Proceeds to watch bandit walk by without pinging.

I really love zero. He's an incredible operator! Surprised how rarely you use the AR, I love that thing with the 2x. Probably my main since he came out. He's king clutch in my opinion because dead teammates have nothing better to do than watch your cams. Especially in low lobbies because not everyone recognizes the cams much.
Big fan of Zero for the reasons explained in this video, with a full stack you can still easily feel like you can execute some plan, even if (like me) you are NOT a gunner because he's got all the gear you need.
I run SC3000 over the MP7 myself but that may just be down to my previously mentioned lack of gun skill.
Oh and the width of the sam-cam does my head in, it's like air jabs the seem to love to stick sideways on frames when you're going for a tighter shot.
@@Psientologist I love shooting in cams and get nice angles. One of my stack plays is get a cam on the ceiling in site while breaching is going on (either from above or through breach) to cover the sound up. A cam right on the ceiling makes it hard to hide.
Even with an aim issue, you can still be useful for flank watch and sometimes you don't need to be better at some things you don't own/have. Focus on what you have as a player, improve on it then focus on your weakness later if needed it to be for you to win. But playing with friends is fine as long as your friend knows what you are up to. The same goes for you.

I agree. Kudos had made a video about zero saying that hes actually really good and different ways to use him and tackle situations. Made me want to get him last night and I played zero with my friend. Actually super good, I had gonne 6 for castle, my 4 cams were super good flank watches and site cams, only thing that sucked was my 4 dead teammates who couldn't give me a single call out or even a ping/hardping while I tried to clutch up in some rounds lol. But yeah with a friend you can probably avoid this situation. Cant wait to play with my friends today and see how well I do

Zero is prob my most played attacker. I run the gonne 6 and hard breach with the MP7 with the 1.5. He’s great man

In the clubhouse match I also definitely heard a gunshot from behind. I think it's one of those moments you just gotta chalk it up to Siege being Siege.
Zero, Buck, Dokkaibi, and Aruni are the best solo queue ops. All these ops either have ways to enter site or be the team fragger, great gadgets and guns, and have the ability to either stop flanks, or make sure enemies can’t push from certain areas. There is definitely more good solo queue ops, these are the ones that just came to my mind.

I though zero was getting a buff so when you shoot his cam at a reinforced wall, it doesn’t immediately go through it and get shot.
You can just open cams immediately after firing it, idk why varsity kept waiting so long to open it in the vid

You actually can do it through the drone hole on highway. Specifically, you stick it to the drone hole itself so the camera faces the wall and you can see the batteries no problem.

What's ironic is that before this video came out, I have been very comfortable using Zero for quite some time now because he just felt complete to me.

For some reason your camera didn't deploy, but got immediately destroyed, because the argus makes a distinct sound when it latches into a surface, which it didn't that time. My guess is that you shot it into a surface where it couldn't deploy itself, and just got trashed instead. (I know you shot it into an object you shot it into before, but maybe you managed to shoot it into a pixel the first time where it still could be deployed)
Quick question, I never really used the SMG, but what would be the situation and reasons why I need to use it over the BUFFY AR

When you have the submachine gun kills objective, granted he's only one of the four on attack with SMGs.
Both guns are amazing. MP7 will excel more in close quarters. MP7 is pretty overpowered, to be honest.
@@olivermensinger6022 this comment is almost a year now, but yeah, I completely switch to MP7 as it has more control,speed and flexibility over sc3000k, it has low damage but headshot is still 1 hit.

One man army is Buck. Except for gadget, he has everything Zero has. Hard breach, that rocket-pistol, but in the same time Buck easily can destroy soft walls and hatches with his shotgun in a second. And you can also use it in short distances. While for long distance he has sniper and assault riffles
Imagine an operator who could watch a camera in the corner of their screen while moving, that would be incredible. That could be their whole ability or you can give it to zero and sky rocket his usability.

Looking back at how people played Sam is kinda nuts. Now I don’t really bother with setting up cams to help people get utility because defenders expect it. I barely put up cams because they make more noise than if I were to just wait and catch people roaming by securing around site. I only set up cams when I plant or when I’m making my final push for obj. Silencers being good now has definitely made it better for Sam to just sneak in

18:47 it's not the sound of camera being shot. One of your teammate made a shot and shot some maps props (probably paper on the table). I can tell that for sure because when you break a camera you hear a sound of glass breaking which is not the case in that situation

what good are your cams tho when your team doesn’t watch them?
Only thing that grinds my gears with him is the sound his cams make. More often than not i cant put them on objective walls or they get destroyed instantly. Placing them in the vicinity of the objective works better, but gives so much less visibility.
I love the sound they make, heavy nostalgia from the old xbox days with the old Splinter Cell games, but the sound gives them away instantly and kind of makes them....I dont want to say useless but.....Yea.
He is still one of my fav operators though, purely for the Splinter Cell vibes and the F2000

They’re already pretty easy to spot most of them time, but yeah I guess. Not many people will run her though unless the play rate for zero goes way up
