Beautiful home, not crazy about the neighbors roof top view in the backyard. At this price point, I would expect strip views are unobstructed by other homes. Homes lots are way too close. You would literally hear neighbors flatulence and conversations . However, the interior is very modern and beautifully appointed. Great showing and from you!
Beautiful home but I don’t like how the home seems sunken into the ground and then the backyard is pretty much sitting right in the street with other homes able to see directly into your yard. The price of home isn’t worth that much lack of privacy.
