Thanks for sharing! I’ve driven that road before and didn’t know to look for goats. I think I was trying to find Sweetgrass instead of animals. Aren’t marmots amazing?! I admire any critter that can live in a harsh climate. And thanks for filming Ariel’s tiny house move!
I saw the mountain goats in this area as i was leaving out there, pretty intent on getting on down the road They were really far up as i recall. I didn't stop. So, i thought this is interesting that you describe this as good goat area. Thanks for info.
As usual, your videos are far superior to any other photographers TH-cam that I have seen. Thank you for all your time and effort to put these out there. I will continue to share.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I wish they'd stop culling animals and fish. I read about the goats but didn't realize they went through with it. I know about them poisoning waterways in the past. I think many people photograph birds because that's all they have to photograph. I'm sure some really like birds. We have whitetail deer in PA and then some elk in the center of the state. Wyoming has moose, antelope, elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, blacktail deer, bison, mtn. goats, rams,...... In relation to animals with hooves. It seems like they always make a point to say something about poachers on shows with elephants but they never admit to scientists killing thousands of elephants because they thought they were a burden on the land. Then oops they were wrong and elephants help the land by eating down the grass and fertilizing it with manure. They sterilize burros and horses out west with PZP and also animals like kangaroos. Also people with Hcg. Anyway, it's nice to go on a tour with you.
I didn’t realize it snowed there every month. I’d love to see a goat go near vertically up a mountain. This is a beautiful area. Can you kayak in that river?
@@MooseHenderson1 when you do go, take the cog railway up and down. That is where I saw the marmot. Also drive up and down as well. It is paved all the way to the top.
The timing of this video is perfect! Leaving on my trip in just over 2 weeks🙂 What lens did you use for the shots of the goats and the marmot? It looks like you not too far away...
Thank you Moose for helping Ariel move her tiny house.
Wyoming is beautiful. You picked a great place to live Moose.

You are a wealth of good information. Wonderful. not to mention, your images are magnificent.
Why don't you go back to Wyoming and send us some more videos. Your videos bring up a lot of memories from that part of the country.
I would love to, maybe sometime this year

We are hoping all went well for your Tiny House move to the new property!
Saw that you helped Ariel with her move by filming on Sunday!
@@MooseHenderson1 Great to know!! Thanks for the fast reply - we are wishing you the best!
This was a nice road trip. Are the marmots the same as the one down on Pikes Peak?

@@MooseHenderson1 thank you!
Why were the goats erradicated in the park?
Have to ask. Why were the Mountain Goats eradicated from the parks?
Park service counted them as invasive and competing for resources used by the Bighorn Sh-eep
