Yes Aston Villa was quite a character. I wonder if Martin could sculpt a 15mm Bridgit Bardot. I'm not sure my hand is steady enough to paint one though 😉
Great review Sean, you want lots of flags per unit at least 2 and the officer on a deeper base for the name. As the war evolved often the government victors were over thrown by the rebels who then became the government with another group of rebels fighting the government. The sculpts will need some careful painting Sean, no quick slap on painting for these troops. To get you started use some of your WW1 French artillery for the Mexicans.
That looks like a nice big bag of bits. It is so exciting when one receives a box full of models! Just been painting up some cowboy hat troops myself, (I have posted them on the RFCM facebook page.) and will be doing some US ones next. By the way Sean, (Or anyone else really.) I have also been doing some ancient Egyptians in 15mm, mostly PP, Museum Miniatures and Irregular Miniatures. I am looking for some one who does a good redition of various Pharoahs, Ramses II complete with Lion and Chariot and various other notables, etc. Abit like Martin has done with WOR and ACW generals, but ancient Egyptians. Any ideas?
