That trill right before the cadenza of the "Tu Virginum" is perfection... as is the last one... what am I saying, they're all perfect! She is at least 50% bird... and 100% angel! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

O my was this delicious (as I have come to expect from Amanda!) Her vocal quality, agility, precision and expression remains at the top IMO.

What a gem this performance! Perfection from the first to the last note. The orchestra: well balanced, tempi that make it flow totally naturally. And, yes, Amanda’s vocal skills, the exceptional legato! the sheer beauty of her voice … a very special experience. Thankful indeed.

Why does she not have her own microphone? The mics are above the orchestra and the orchestra overwhelms some of her voice.

Nice, but Emma Kirkby sets the table for this piece.
There are singers like Mühlemann who sing it by heart.Problems with different notes,not her best recording.

@@cliffwheeler7357 just look at her and you will see that it doesn't look natural... she holds her jaw clenched,, her neck goes forward like a turtle - I am NOT judging sound here (it sounds ok)
There does seem to be some tension there. But I think she just has very thin, straight shoulders, plus the habit of expressive ducking her head between them like Cecilia Bartolo. The voice isn't constricted, it's lovely and free.
