Some corrections to the video: Penetration and Damage for HEAT rounds vs MBTs -115 mm HEAT (450 pen / 736 dmg) T62, ZTD* -120 mm HEAT (400 pen / 736 dmg) Abrams, Challenger, Leo, MGS* -125 mm HEAT (500 pen / 736 dmg) T72, T90, ZTZ, Sprut * indicates that the barrels on these vehicles are actually smaller, but they functionally shoot the same round in the game currently.
Is there a resource to check by how much static props reduce the damage? Is it only thickness that matters in squad or material too? For example wooden wall vs metal container. Would be interesting
There is a great mod called the Vehicle Armor Training mod available in the Steam Workshop. If you can find a dedicated server running it, that might give you what you want. I'm not sure, though. I can get it running locally, but to really test things accurately, you need it on a dedicated server, which a few people have.
amazing information here man, are you apart of any communities? i’m more than certain our guys would love expanding some of the trainings we offer with your information and consent
i am constantly confused why Arbams eat so much ap shells, i often have situations where i close range fontal armour hits on abrams and need more then 4. in long range fights they eat shell after shell sometimes ( i am talking about penetrating hits ) . how important is tank armour angeling in acctuall tank vs tank fights. because they seem hell of insonsistent

doesn't the sprut have a 125mm gun? I always remember it having basically the same gun and autoloader as the t-72b3 in a bmp-3 hull.
@galacticdragon9841 you're correct, let me remove that asterisk. Copy / paste error.
Hoping they can bring the vehicle damage up to date with an overhaul in the future. Feels a little odd the game relies an a healthbar system
Amazing analysis of armor in squad! It really helps, thank you for making this video.

I appreciate that! No need to seek consent to refer a TH-cam video. Feel free to use it all you want, and hopefully it will be of some use.
