What would you say to two Queen sells chewed out on the end? One of them had the little papery door or still attached. Emergency cells... Two on a frame

I would guess they emerged near the same time and had a battle to the end. Or they could have swarmed with one.

What type of trees are those over the Nucs?

Alot of people around call them China Berry Trees but I think the actual name might be Soap Berry Trees. They will bloom in 2-3 weeks but I've never noticed a real flow off of them.

I have three queen cells emerge from one frame, what should I do with them?

Depends on what kind of cells they are. Emergency or swarm? If emergency, I would destroy all but two good ones. If swarm and the queen is still there, you can make splits. If she's gone, I would destroy all but two good-looking cells.
