Spectacular tree lined road along a river. That was a long uphill grade. Was that a waterfall at the tunnel? There was a lot of water on the road. I was surprised to see so many bikes towing trailers, and they weren’t Ebikes. Did you carry bear spray? Thanks for sharing. I’m looking forward to next week’s video showing the entire ride up to the Pass.
Hi Robert, yes that was one of a couple waterfalls along the route. My hat was off to the people riding non-ebikes and especially the ones pulling trailers, maybe when I was younger I would have attempted that but now I'm happy to have the assistance. Yes, we both had bear spray clipped to our belts but luckily didn't need to use it.
Hi Howard, they're both Juiced Cross Current X's And YES, the sceanry was about as pretty as it gets. Next week's video will take you all the way to the top - Logan's Pass - and it just gets prettier and prettier as we ascend the mountain.
Just a pair of Fila's that I picked up at Costco, but you're right that they are comfortable. In fact I picked up a new pair of Brooks recently and they aren't nearly as comfortable. Thanks for watching.
