I love Ring Fit Adventure and managed to put it in my routine since 2021. It’s not for losing weight, but for toning your body or even losing waist size. It’s repetitive, but you should be doing similar things over and over again to get into a workout routine. And, you have to take breaks between exercises. If you want to lose weight, try adding cardio like running every other day. Try doing Ring Fit for a year, and you can see positive changes with your body. Also, I actually like the story. I like RPGs, so another reason for me to love this game.
Same thing with me I love this Game and In Play it On Monday, Wednesday,Thursday,Saturday sometimes and Sunday sometimes. I have Seen changes After 3 months and I am impressed. I do it Like 1-3 Hours per day
I wanted to point out while, yes he is correct that Quest 3 VR workout games burn more calories and that's because those games are entirely cardio. Ringfit doesn't burn as much calories because the resistance exercises are not really cardio, they train your muscles so while you won't burn as much calories, you are building muscle and you will have the after burn effect of using those muscles.
The wrist twist exercise is so OP. i feel dirty including it in the movesets
I think the key to keeping the leg strap on is to have it on bare skin. It’s also supposed to be mid thigh to register properly. Another option that works is wearing bicycle shorts and rolling up the bottom to sort of create a pocket for it. It’s definitely a design flaw on Nintendo’s end. And as someone said, the breaks are there to give you recovery time like you would have in a gym
I recently got Ringfit and find it very fun despite already owning a Quest 3 and playing fitness games on there prior to it.
0:29 I like how he puts matt stonie in the video
I always read it as "drago"
My leg Straps falls everytime
Definitely rank the vr fitness games
Out of any home system, what fitness games do you think I should look at? I have a Wii U.
Even though you only lost a few pounds, you look like you toned up quite a bit! I’m thinking about getting this game
Good video🎉
I played it maybe 2 times, but never really tried it as an exercise game..
Would you rank every single MegaMan game on switch
Great video! You look a lot skinnier than you used to be before starting playing Ring Fit. Keep up the good work! 😁
Nice video, ill probably stick with vr. you get more games and you burn more calories
I saw changes on my Arms and on my Waist
I KNEW IT!!!!

Hello
👋
This video feels very disingenuous, but I don't think it's on purpose and I don't want to slam the video creator. I feel like I might be in slightly better shape than the guy in the vid and my heart rate is consistently in the 120-140 range when I'm playing and I'm nowhere near the hardest difficulties. If the game isn't a workout for you, you have to play on a higher difficulty (which increases the reps required for each move). I can only play for 5-10 minutes before getting worn out and this guy is playing for 20+ min at a time?! Something is really off either with the difficulty or with the form being used for the workouts and it doesn't look like a genuine attempt was made to sort this out before the video was released.
hi there, I'm the guy from the video
@@RussVandy lmao I watched the rest of your vid and maybe you're just in much better shape than me. It's kicking my ass right now but this is my first time going back to it after quarantine.
I think the reason for the constant stopping/starting in the game is because it's meant to provide overall wellness in addition to the workout. Small stuff like the stretches after the workout have really helped me out at the gym as well as the squat how to guides on how to do squats. As a workout starter tool, I think it does the job well but doesn't replace an actual workout routine.
Anyway, overall good vid. Should've watched the entire thing before commenting.
@@8BitCutman thanks for watching, I appreciate the feedback😁
