My husband and I enjoyed this so much. The lit sand sculptures were beautiful. It was like a mini movie with the beginning saying "three hours after hiking"and then you wrapped it up with that at the end really good video.!!! I'm so glad you got to do the skywalk. 😊 Missed going on by 18 minutes!! after that three hour hike with your steamed up glasses & non working watch. I don't know if I would've been laughing or crying seeing all those stairs facing me after all the stairs you just did but I think laughing was a great choice for that! 😂 this was really awesome and the hike was something that you both get to say 'yeah we did that' & you have the memories of every step.🥾 🇰🇷
Thank you both for watching and for your kind words, Carolann! Just so you know, YOU are the viewer we are referring to in the video who suggested we do a skywalk! We had so much fun in this episode and are glad that it came through. We were a little bummed that the sand sculpture contest judging occurred just after we left, but it was interesting to go back to the beach and see the progress of the sculptures. Busan was such an enjoyable place for us! -Judy
We completely agree! And we think you'll be pleasantly surprised by our video from Seoul as well. It was much more zen and beautiful than we expected! We currently are ADORING Orvieto as well, but it will be a few weeks until we share our episode from here. -Judy
We typically film our videos when we are in a city, but we don't always have time to edit them while we are still local, although it's only recently that we've been traveling ahead of our videos. By being a little ahead, it gives us time to have enough activities and content to fill a video, which for us can happen over the course of a few weeks. We have an episode coming from Seoul, then an episode comparing Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea and THEN we'll share our time in Orvieto. And yes, we are here now, but half of the time we've been here has been spent editing our last video! We still have more exploring to do before we can share something from here. It's been absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed Asia/SE Asia, but there is no place quite like Italy! -Judy

You two are so funny!! I found myself laughing many times!! Great video. Btw, one of my granddaughter’s oncology nurses just came back from Busan, where her daughter lives, and said that she had a fantastic time.
We are so glad you enjoyed our episode, Maria! We had so much fun making it! It's heartwarming to hear that others enjoy Busan as well. Being an oncology nurse is challenging work, so hopefully she was able to rest and rejuvenate and return able to offer her very best care to your granddaughter. Thank you so much for your comment! -Judy
Erin and I will be going to S. Korea in January. Probably won’t make it to Busan but we are looking forward to S. Korea, even though it will be very cold.
Thanks for watching, Stan! We have an episode coming out this week from Seoul. It is an incredible place, so if you're headed there, we hope you have a great time. It does sound like a really cold time of year to visit, so you both are braver than we are! We are enjoying following along with your travels! -Judy
You will do great! The ups and downs were misleading, combined with starting well before the beginning of the trail. It wouldn’t have been a bad idea to have brought a small snack because the end of the hike had so many uphill stairs! Also, make sure you start early enough so that you can catch the skywalk before it closes! 🤦♀️🤦 Thanks for watching, and we’d love to know what you think of South Korea when you come back! -Judy
You are absolutely right regarding how important it is to have a sense of humor while traveling. Kevin does a great job of always keeping it light. And even in difficult situations, when you put them in perspective, it makes zero sense to overblow most travel problems unless they involve personal danger or serious health problems. We try not to ever take it for granted how lucky we are to travel the way we do. And we truly had so much fun in this video! -Judy

What a pleasant surprise to see one of my single malt teachers appear in my feed as a world traveler with his lovely wife!
