To the people saying “omg do voice acting” No Get into audio engineering. Way more lucrative and steady work, and the harder part of this wasn’t recording lines, it was mixing them.

The way the voice goes down like a scale is very satisfying for some reason. I dont remember where that dialogue is even from, but I remember that part the most. Was that from TFS campaign? The first thing that comes to mind is from Lightfall when he says "We know pain", his voice deepens then. But there was so much dialogue from the campaign, I can't remember entirely if he said what you're referring to.

Now that you have this power you should use it for chaos. Have The Witness say things totally out of character. Imagine it quoting the Gettysburg Address. Or Zavala's famous Valus Ta'aurc speech.
I've been working on stuff like this for about the last decade now, and I can very firmly say that this is completely perfect. Good stuff, definitely keep it up.
This is so good! Instead of using the same take as the original and pitching it up, try recording another take and pitch that up, it might create that little variation you're looking for.
I’ve tried that already, I found it was too hard to time it correctly to the original recording, I was focusing more on the timing than the delivery and it just ended up sounding like an unorganised mess 😢
Yeah some people are trying to say that the voice actor for the witness is actually grant ward from shield when he made that weird voice back when they had a marvel agents of shield plane😂 The season just before Samuel L Jackson made a guest appearance
