Love Tresor by Lancôme! 🧡🧡🧡 That was the first perfume my husband bought for me after we were married. Great memories with this one. FYI - Still have the hubby & the perfume! 😀
The more perfumes I try, the more I'm starting to gravitate towards perfumes from the 90's. Maybe because that was when I started to buy scents,-I don't know. But there is a quality, richness and sophistication in alot of them that I feel modern scents lack. This fall I've found a new favourite perfume, I wear it all the time now, and it is Burberry "Woman", the classic from 1995. Warm, addictive, classy, sophisticated but still approachable...it smells like a womans warm skin...beautiful🥰 You need to get your 'sniffer' on that one, Arlene😊

This was my mum’s signature scent back in the 90’s and I too wear it and its beautiful! To me it’s feminine, classy and very unique. Yummy roses, peach and powdery goodness 🌹 🍑❤️

I wore Tresor on my wedding day in 1991. It was awesome and over the years I've gone through many bottles. They don't make 'em like that any more, as the saying goes. Isabella Rossellini was the face of the brand.
I remember hating this as a kid. 25 years later and I can just now, truly appreciate this perfume. The best part of it, is the dry down. I work from home now, and this perfume always makes my work day so pleasant😍 You could not have picked a more beautiful scent on your wedding day♡♡♡
It's my go to. I've worn it for years. Love Isabelle Rosallini.
My mother's signature, and now that she's passed, it's one of my most treasured babies to wear as well. I love Tresor.
One cannot be a true perfume "reviewer" connoisseur if Tresor is not reviewed. Kudos Arlene!!!♡
I recently discovered tresor by lancome and it was love at first sniff . It reminded me so much of my very first fragrance when I was 17( I’m 29 this year ). Magnifique bu lancome. I was so devastated when I realised magnifique was discontinued, and I never found anything like that till I tried a sample of tresor . It’s so sophisticated and addictive. I can’t stop smelling myself. I will be getting myself a full bottle of it and forever getting it once it’s gone.
First time I wore this was in 2009, I was 19 and this was the first signature perfume I had, and until now I'm still wearing it after 13 years and still is my signature perfume. I tried many other perfumes as well, but I always came back again and again to this Tresor. It's like this perfume is my soulmate!
I love it! I guess that Lancome Tresor, Poeme and JPG Classique are some of the most elegant, classy perfumes ever😍😍😍
The 1980s and 1990s were great for fragrances that actualy lasted and had a sillage....I miss those days. Very few of the newer fragrances have the presence of those classicsx
You are so correct. Some of these new releases are much weaker than I like.
So many of my perfumes last about an hour on my skin, if I’m lucky.
@@annjohnson6193 do you use moisturize your skin before applying it? Also, do you spray your clothing?
@@annjohnson6193 Me too, even fragrances like PdM Delina Exclusif maybe 3 hours on me at best....x
Arlene, you’re bringing back some memories for me. This is the first fragrance I fell I love with as a pre-teen. A bottle was purchased for me when I was 13, and it made me feel like an elegant treasure. It is undeniably “femme.” Trésor the original will always hold a special place in my heart. Thanks for sharing your review 💜💜💜

I really appreciate the perfumer Sophia Grojsman who created this. She has a talent for mixing fruit, green notes and florals together with lipsticky or powdery notes etc. My mom wore White Linen, and I really like Volupté. I have never tried Yvresse, on my list:) I like this series of videos you are doing, I love vintage perfumes. Thank you!
I love Tresor. I've worn it for years. I've also worn Volupte. It's amazing.
I'm now collecting perfumes from the 90s. They are fun to layer with modern ones. They are the real beast mode.

So- I know this is a hot take- but I think Tresor is what Ex'cla-ma'tion became when she grew up. It's not said in any negative way at ALL. The notes are similar in enough ways that if you liked Ex'cla-ma'tion as a kid, Tresor will be familiar to you. Also, both were made by the same woman.
My mom wore only lancome products as far as I can remember and she wore this perfume since it came out then changed to poison later on! Its a stunning fragrance! Powerful!
This was my grandmother's signature scent. She was very fashionable and lovely, and I think this is still an elegant scent :-)

I wear this perfume all the time. I just got another full bottle. It is definitely powdery after the dry down. But still has great staying power.
i'm a man and wear this romantic fragrance over 25 years. It's a yumming peach apricot kiss with powdering notes, with hugs of sensual bloosoms of flowers.
I like many fragrances from Sophia Grojsman. My signature scent ist the old formula from paris and tresor.

My favourite Lancôme scent. Got the 30 ml a few years ago. Oriental intoxicating. Almost a Gournand. Strong. Good winter scent .
I wore Tresor for a year. I liked it but didn’t love it as much as I hoped. The rose and sandalwood notes are beautiful. I think the peach note threw me off. All in all a classic can’t go wrong scent!
I love Tresor but I wear the flankers. I think I should get this gem. The 90s were a happy time for me and I remember my mom wore these beautiful powerhouses.

This was my mom's signature scent back in the early 90's.
It is a real ''treasure'' and it smells timeless to me :) I discovered it in my late 20 's....I am happy you like it! :)
Tresor was the beautiful, new girl in town, back when it first came out, but like so many good fragrances, it was reformulated. I wish that for once, reformulations were improvements or enhanced the original rather than be disappointing.
Tresor was my Nana’s signature scent.

Sophia Grojsman loved her peach note. Rubies and Diamonds, Tresor, Exclamation, and Sun, Moon, Stars all had that peach note. I adore all these fragrances!
1 day I had a very rough day ahead of me...I had a very small sample bottle of this fragrance so I SOAKED myself and my clothes with it and the day went well...ppl would gravitate toward me and want to b near me all day...sometimes I would look into ppl's eyes and they would just smile...
I really love La Nuit Nude, the recent flanker. It's bergamot, rose, and powdery coconut.
I agree. It's a stunner. I own all of the flankers and it's one of my favorites.

I have a vintage bottle of Trésor.. love that apricot, yes condensed apricot like you say, but I never actually wear it..

Great Video as always. I had a little sample of this also and hadn't tried it so I tried it along with your video. Lol. It reminds me of Blumarine Bellissima Parfum Intense.

Ohh.. I remember when this came out😀 i was young and Everyone loved it.. Men and woman... Young or oder .. Tresor was "it"!!.. I have so many Lovely memories from that time in My life however i wouldent wear it today.. Or would i??! 🤔😊😄🌹🌹🌹

People...dont attack me, but Ive smelled this 3 times at Ulta, thinking for sure it was a fluke when I smelled it before, but every time...I swear it smells like a pretty perfume with a touch of ...feces. Im sorry. I dont understand 😭 I want to like it but every time Im just like WTF!! 🥴
I think it's been reformulated, I only had the original. It's powerful! Could possibly be that apricot note, it's sooo sharp.
I have read many a review of various frags, that say they smell either #1, or #2.

No need to apologize :) I haven't tried the newer version yet. Hopefully I can sometime to see how it differs :)
I had a coworker who wore this to work. She sat right next to me. It definitely is a strong one. I don’t like it.
