The country collectors are more than just travel vloggers… they are trying so hard to help the locals and bring awareness to the world of serious topics like these children who cannot go to school because they have to help support their families. Traveling to these towns to experience the culture and seeing the beauty in these towns helps all the locals. They opened my eyes to so many places outside of the normal “tourist places” in Mexico … I loved Mexico for many years but now … even more so. WOW! Absolutely spectacular. Really enjoyed the contrast of Chiapas to the other states you have been. You can see a lot more tradition here. The textiles and clothing was so beautiful and all hand made. Those drinks at the end looked unreal! Thanks for bringing us along. I loved it.
When I see and hear your genuine happy laughs, that's when I know that Mexico is magic. It is a country full of traditions and culture. Also when I see the incredible bees participating in the candy feast without being disturbed. It's like from another world. everything is peace and happiness

Yes, it is hard to see. We wish everyone had the opportunity to education. But right now that just isn’t possible for so many kids. And it’s not just education in the tradition sense it’s sex-Ed as well. Children who have to drop out of school are more likely to become young parents continuing the cycle of poverty. But yes it’s important to not judge and put ourselves in their shoes.

It really was very eye opening. We feel like So much of what we have at home gets taken for granted. Here this way of life is very real and the only way that some families can survive. There are some great organizations that are trying to make a difference but it’s a long way off. Education is very important but survival has to come first. It’s something that most people have never even thought about. It touched us deep down.

The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed it there! The noise level was crazy for like 2 weeks before the celebration. Fireworks all Day and night but that day we showed took the cake! My ears were ringing for days! Thank for the compliment! We really try to make you feel like you are there with us! Have a great holiday!

@@TheCountryCollectors I'm not sure. It would have to be in a US time zone +/- an hour or so. I don't know if a tourist visa would allow remote work. If not, then which places have reasonable visa fees for a month's stay.

I’ll see what I can do! I’m sure your shoes could use a cleaning after all that walking! So try about the kids. It’s been going on for so long and the people don’t have the abilities break that cycle on their own. The breakfast was delicious 🤤. It had been a year since I got to have that smoked salmon and I was so excited! My family normally has it for breakfast on Sundays but I have not been there in years!
