The Scorpio Races is a beautiful book; don't let yourself miss out on it. It's an all-time favorite of mine, and not really a horse story, so don't let that put you off.

Those Illumicrate editions are gorgeous! I just finished Wendy, Darling by A.C. Wise which was really good. It's an adult fiction sequel to Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie (which I read before reading Wendy, Darling.) Today I started The Witch of Portobello by Paulo Coelho.

It's weird and not really about horses. I distinctly remember it spent a lot less time on the plot and more time on the buildip? I didn't like it at all, was not exciting to read. But I also don't like Maggie Stiefvater, I tried a couple of her books
