  • Our decisions can go on absolutely wrong side when we do not understand the strength of association among groups of items or people on the field. Using a technique called “Matrix diagram”, we can learn the strength of association among groups of items like data, information, functions, concepts, people, infrastructure etc. In this video, we will learn various types of “Matrix diagrams” so that we can contribute to better decision making on the ground.

    On what basis we mark relationship between these 2 groups sir? From where did we get information about their correlation?

      If u take an example of same type of defects in list 1 and list 2 and u may now be able relate dependency of occurrence of one defect with other.
