    Dear Sir, Thanks for the clear explanation of the various estimation technique and concepts.
    I just have a question. In PERT method, how do we arrive at ML, O and P values? Is it also by expert judgement/historical data?

    It seems that you don’t have any background in statistics. Your explanation (including the visuals) for Three Point estimates (Beta and Triangular Distribution) is incorrect. The only thing you got correct is the formulas - copied from the PMBOK or other references. At 9:39 you indicate a probability of 66.67% for “Most Likely Estimate”. It is actually zero. For any continuous distribution (including Beta), probability for a specific point on the X-axis is ZERO. Probability is the area under the curve and is finite only for a finite range on the X-asis.
