Wow, that section of the river somewhat reminded me of The Narrows in Zion NP. The scenery is a bit different, but a lot of fun walking up a river!
Another beautiful place, and reminded me a bit of the gila as well

Hiking up the river looked interesting and fun. I bet it was challenging thought not being able to clearly see where you're putting your feet.
