Dominaria Remastered Draft Box Break - Starting and Ending the Year

- Today we have a Dominaria Remastered Draft box opening!
As we start to wrap up 2023 it feels only fitting to end the year with the first set that we started the year with. I personally love Dominaria Remastered, but the price of the set singles and boxes have fallen drastically since its release. I don't believe that it was a publicly rejected set. I do believe the print run on the draft boxes was massive which has caused the market to not be able to absorb enough product to sustain the previous price point. It will be interesting to see how this set ages but, for now, enjoy the abundance of cheap reprints!

No matter the issues with this set, and the possibility of a garbage fire box, I will always enjoy these openings. Just too many memberBerries to ignore. Back in the day when you couldn't just order anything you wanted on the internet, and you walked in a store, bought a pack of Magic and pulled a Lions, Shivan, Serra, BoP, Wrath of God, etc it just sent those endorphins into overdrive! An instant game changer back then. Fun times!
Wish there had been more Tutors show up, but I was happy to see Incubator & Yawg join the party at the end. The foil/retro No Mercy is sweet! Big thanks to Wildcat for the video, and I hope the participants had fun!
I know people are kinda sour on DMR based on values now but I still love the set. There are still some really good pulls. This ended up being a pretty good box with some of those pulls at the end.
