Thomas Jouannet débute dans un cours de théâtre de Genève, puis "monte" à Paris pour poursuivre sa formation aux cours Jean Périmony. Il commence sa carrière en jouant dans plusieurs séries TV françaises et dans de nombreux téléfilms français. On se souvient de sa belle performance dans "L'Affaire Dominici" en 2003 de Michel Boutron, aux côtés de Michel Serrault et Michel Blanc. Mais Thomas débute à la télévision avec la série "Classe mannequin", et avec la série "Le Miracle de l'amour". En 1997 il s'essaye au théâtre avec "Le Bonheur à Romorantin" mis en scène par Jean-Luc Tardieu.
On le voit également aux côtés de Michel Galabru dans le fabuleux "Silence de la mer" de Pierre Boutron. Thomas Jouannet joue bien et vite, il enchaine les rôles, à la télévision on peut citer "Des soucis et des hommes" de Christophe Barraud, "Surveillance" de Sébastien Grall, "Meurtres au Pays basque, de Eric Duret, au cinéma, "Ma place au soleil" de Eric de Montalier, "La Banda Picasso" de Fernando Colomo et "Cloclo" de Florent Emilio-Siri.
En 2017 il tourne pour la télévision "Crimes Parfaits" de Lionel Chatton.

It's interesting. I do not find the actor, this man, attractive at all - not pulled toward him at all. But the character he plays in Silence is devastating, extremely attractive. Which, to me, says a great deal for his abilities as an actor.
Neither he nor Julie Delarme have found anything to compare to that film to show their abilities...
