    Very nice build and design explanation. I would have tied in the mahogany drawer pulls to be curved like your legs and top, the staggered sizes worked but just perhaps make the bottom one slightly narrower. I'm not a fan of leaving openings in drawers, if you have little people running around they tend to stick things in there. ;-)

    It looks great, just wish you had it more laid out so I could try my hand at making one

      Mad, I understand, I felt that a how to video version would make the video too long. But, if you are wanting construction tips, just ask.

      @@DIYHGP please don't get me wrong i like the video, and the table looks stunning! I was just trying to put a plan together so i can try my hand at making one. I tried to get the measurements as you gave them in the start, but all i got are the over all and the size of the draws. That leaves alot of measurements that aren't accounted for as well as cuts.

      MadCore if you email me I’ll send you the measurements and dimensions for the table. Just go to the about page for my channel and you’ll find my email address.

    This is great and will help me significantly in developing my own designs but I do have a question. How did you decide on the thickness of each component?

    • @DIYHGP
      @DIYHGP  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      All components are 3/4 inch thick except for the legs, they are 3 inches thick at the ends and 1 1/2 inch in the middle.

      @@DIYHGP Thanks for the reply. So those have nothing to do with the ratio, correct?
