Most interesting is the advantage of TAVR with PCI in the current study vs TAVR alone......as compared to the previous studies which surprisingly did not show any difference.......this shows that as per patho physiology the arteries of the periphery , aorta (with valve ) coronary and carotid branches behave in some similar ways....so when one is affected there's a likely chance that the others maybe affected with varying degrees
