Thanks for the update, definitely a lot of progress but at the rate they are going, the scale/complexity of building the ride, the lack of a lot of track/supports and the cold weather incoming it seems unlikely but who knows. 🤷♂️ On a side note, funny they still have the Ruins maze sign up lol. It would be nice if we could walk through it during WinterFest to see AlpenFury progress, "The Ruins, Elfphen Edition" 🤣😂
My prediction for track completion, I would say the first week of February. First test run, sometime in the Spring Break. And yes, I think this coaster will open on time.
I don't want to be negative but I can't see it being open For the beginning of next year. Keep the updates coming. Construction is better when I'm not the one doing it.
Your last video discussed White Water West and its log rides. One is at Calaway Park in Calgary, Alberta. It is unique. It has a drop with an airtime hill and a cool rapids section. It's called Timber Falls.
Hopefully it opens for opening day! Ngl im a little skittish right now because im really excited to ride this next year. Its not behind schedule right? Or am i just paranoid?
Canada's Wonderland has the dumbest policy ever. On the Hallowe'en Haunt, your kids are forbidden from wearing costumes or ONESIES! Yep, even typical onesies you would buy at any typical children's clothing store. My daughter and her friend were forbidden entry until they changed (we didn't bring extra clothes, they had to wear athletic shorts and we had to buy hoodies to keep them warm on that October night) because onesies are forbidden. One of them was a bumblebee pattern onesie, the other was a koala bear. The Park's excuse? Oh it's in the fine print and we don't want other guests getting confused between the cast members and park goers wearing costumes or ONESIES! I told them their policy is ridiculous; if the cast member's costumes are easily blend with 10 year olds in onesies, maybe get better costumes. We did get in, the kids immersion and fun was completely ruined and we stayed maybe three hours until the kids wanted to leave because it was packed and the Haunt attractions were pretty boring. Canada's Wonderland, I know you don't care because you make tons of bank anyway but at least try to make it cohesive and immersive. Lose the policing of guests' wardrobes (I can understand things for safety or even loss prevention from the shops, but onesies?! C'mon now) and besides, at Hallowe'en don't you think guests might like to dress up, too? Also, for Pete's sake, hide your fog machines!
Comment below this; do you you think the ride will be open for opening day? Everyone is losing faith 😅

yes
@@PeterPAC1994 nice one
I think it will be delayed.... moosehorn was delayed, tundra twister was delayed
NOT THE ICEE STAND!
Replace it with a self service ICEE stand like Cedar Point!
Exactly!!
This video was right on time to keep me distracted from actually working this morning 😂
When will the 5 year prediction video come out?

You’re not being negative. You’re being realistic and logical. Covering construction from a drone and making estimates and predictions can get tricky.
As long as they get all the footers done before it gets too cold they can do vertical in the winter. I think they'll make it.

We love you Brendon!!

Brendok feels like coaster is delayed. No way open for June.
opening is actually supposed to be like april/may
Why do you keep on calling him Brendok??
@@dreamy.reader52 Brendok not Brendok?
@@DeepSingh-i5v His name is Brendon
I can’t wait for winterfest.
Saaame. This year is my first year!
I think vertical construction SHOULD start once the footings are 100% complete.
How long would that take? :(
At this rate...6 months lol
@@hogle25 it does seem to be going slow
They will not open on opening day.. seems like a new theme for wonderland

Hi
5:43 what the big tunnel for?
I'm also curious...
Maintenance tunnel. It’s been there since the beginning and was rebuilt last winter.
^ maintenance, I’m pretty sure. The tunnels confused me for a while at the beginning too.
@ ok I thought it was for the trucks coming in and out
@@rockyplayz7953 that too
Les go
Ooo
Are we vertical yet
No not yet, sorry I called it too soon
Love your channel by the way second to none when it comes to Canadas Wonderland info
