Watching MIDI videos for the Soulless songs is really ineresting because it allows me to dissect the theory behind the songs... The intro the song seems to have several unrelated major chords strung together, going from AMaj to CMaj to A#Maj Then from around 0:28 onwards the song seems to stick with mostly a C Minor scale, but several Bs are injected into it. This, along with a lack of A#s, points to that part of the song being in C Harmonic Minor, which is a really interesting choice considering Harmonic Minor isn't commonly seem in music. I'm guessing Exile is a fan of C Harmonic Minor because we see it being used a lot in Soulless 4 and Soulless 5 as well. I'd analyse the song further but it's really late as I write this.

could we get a reup of the midi? i'm wanting to sample/interpolate a specific section from this song into an instrumental i'm making and this midi seems to be the only reliable way to get the exact notes since exile didn't upload the project file for this
