Annoyed with the little steel tab at the rear of each drawer side. It's not easy just to "push the tab into the side of the drawer bottom". I've had to use clamps in order to force the tabs in. Harder on the 900 wide as i don't have a clamp that wide. Can't use a hammer either as the side gets in the way of striking straight on. Anyway got everything together in the end. Mostly pretty easy.

How do you stop the bottom not sitting flush. Ie the top is closed and the bottom sits out slightly. I can see at the end of the video it’s happened on this video too

I have the same problem here, and that's because they didn't say on this video that you have to align the metal drawer side with the base panel and make it look flush on the opposite side of the back brackets before screwing the screws to the base. So now I have to sand it down on the edge or idk what else to do.

@@holaroccotv4564 I spun my draws base board 180 degrees and drilled new holes that make the metal draw side "more" flush seemed to work fine. the old holes are covered by the sides anyway.

Drill size is very confusing. Video mentions 2mm for the 14mm screws and 4mm for the 16mm drawer front fitting screws. Both of these screws has a roughly 4mm diameter so a 4mm hole will be too big. The instructions specify a 4mm drill bit and a Nº 12 countersink bit (which has a diameter of 3.98mm), so take care. I think all holes should be 2mm

The paper instructions say to drill using a 4mm bit. A 2.5mm bit works much better.

      Hi Yvette
To get these off you just need to get your fingernail (or similar) under the side or corner of the plate and pull forward. They are only a loose fit and come off quite easily.

How to release the drawer? Moving upwards the drawer release does not work. Thanks

      Hi Juraj
To release the drawer you need to pull up the tab in the side of the metal draw.
This is demonstrated in step 10 of the following instructions.

      Hope that helps

@@KaboodleAuKitchen That doesn't help, because the instructions are wrong. They say lift the drawer off the runners. That is impossible. You have to pull the drawer off the runners, horizontally. No lifting. It is very bad that all Kaboodle's instructions are wrong about this.

On my draws there is a wee plastic catch on each side that is pushed in which allows the draw to be pull up and out. If you pull out a top draw and look up you will see it.

This video has wrong instructions for removing a drawer. He says push up on the back clips and lift the drawer. Wrong!!! You can try lifting until the cows come home, nothing will move. The drawer is removed by pulling it off the rails, horizontally. It took me a lot of frustration before I figured this out by looking at the underside of the side piece.
