The wonderful Rita Moreno. Sadly under used in Hollywood films. She has style, talent and a work ethic second to non. Formidable and beautiful. John Sivorn
You all prolly dont care at all but does anyone know a method to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
@Caiden Kenneth Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
My mom, who was a cousin of Ms. Moreno, Dersie Sally Alvarez, born in Juncos P.R., 10-26-28!!!!! I miss you & Dad so much!!!!! Keep on going Ms. Moreno!!!!!!
Love this outstanding lady to the utmost. Her diverse crisp talents, and rich personality, still gives me goosebumps! Thanks for this well made mini-doc... Cheers!
I had the biggest crush on her when she was on 'The Electric Company!!!!' But the crush got even bigger when I actually saw how hot she was in her older movies!!! This woman is a dynamo!!! And she's STILL BEAUTIFUL AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!!!! Ms. Moreno...I applaud you!!!
@@andrewjwheelerjr3414 She was my favorite cast member on _The Electric Company_ . I saw her perform at her cabaret show in 2000. After the show, she was autographing her debut CD and I was the last in line. As she was signing my copy, I said, " When you came out on stage, I thought you were going to sing the "Punctuation" song from _The Electric Company_ ." So she sang the first bar of the song to me right there. Years later, I got to interview her on the red carpet at an awards ceremony.
LOVE THIS!! OMG, the part with her and "animal" the muppet drummer is HYSTERICAL! LOLOL! Sounded just like my aunt when she was letting someone "have it"! 😂😂😂 I grew up watching her on The Electric Company. And "West Side Story" is my favorite movie largely because of her. ❤❤❤
She's just an amazing actress period wonderful performances through out her career in the entertainment industry of professional experiences and even more she deserve it well happy happy birthday miss Rita sweetness and god bless you enjoy your special day baby goodness.
This little woman is the ONLY one to win everything... The Oscar, The Emmy, The Grammy, and The Golden Globe, among other awards, long before anyone else. This kind of talent comes along only once in a lifetime. Is there any question why Marlon Brandon fell in love with her??
She is far from the only one to be an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) winner before anyone but she is the ONLY hispanic woman to do it. She's amazing.
@@ElizabethRodriguez-hm9zb one of the few to win them all and the only hispanic. Same here .
She’s age very nicely, she’s stayed very attractive, even now in 2021. She’s heads and shoulders in terms of beauty compared to other women her age.

Her character was fierce as a nun 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A remarkable woman in every way 🙂
I love Rita Merino
Can y’all make it a little longer next time? That’s was way too short.
I made this based on her autobiography. I thought I covered everything up to that point in her life 2013. I hope you enjoyed.
There is a documentary of her on Netflix as well

Wow! They sure forced her to smear a lot of brown shoe polish on her face in that scene at the restaurant. She complained about it but to no avail.

Will we ever see the likes of Rita Moreno again ...
So far as a I know "The Ritz" was not a "musical" as the narrator says.
Haggis no. But the she has a musical number, which was one of the best things ever.

He was a narcissistic man. He didn't treat her well why should he being her up to have ppl question his relationship with her.

I like Ms Moreno, yet I was disappointed. I think she is guilty of some very poor judgement in her life and is not grateful for her success.
