It's wild you said don't jump off vehicles. I jumped out of the back of a deuce and a half at night in full kit and landed on a D battery. Fractured 2 metatarsals.

Weirdly that makes me feel better because I will gingerly climb down from a chest or even waist high ledge cuz I am not a spring chicken and I don't want to shatter anything to save myself 5 seconds, but I watch military dudes do it all the time in movies (civilian myself) and I felt like maybe y'all have just figured out something I haven't. I don't even wanna think about how parkour dudes jump 3 floors down then sprint away.

@@CAARaeedPeople don’t carry hundreds of pound when they parkour. The roll allow them to disperse the kinetic energy. If you just land on your feet, your feet and back will take all the kinetic energy.

The pamphlet the sniper had was a DOPE(Data On Previous Engagements) book. It's definitely a game changer if you have enough time to map out the distances on as many avenues of approach as possible. Awesome movie. The story you told about the future Green Beret yoinking a new rubber duck was incredible. He definitely deserved his beret.

Finally you review this movie. It was time!!! it was almost two years old. Its about the war in Ukraine and the Donbass Region in 2016. The movie is so good. It gives you the tactics and strategy movements of the Ukranians Snipers with Russian and US made Sniper Rifles. Also its very important to see the Ghillie Suits and the concealment actions used by this snipers. I recomend this one very much. Two Thumps Up!!!

The rifle story hit home for me. When I was in basic back in 1992 we were on an FTX on in the Missouri woods. I was digging my foxhole to sleep in and left my rifle more than arms length away. a drill sergeant walks by and grabs my rifle and tells me I'm going to pay for it later, keep digging your foxhole for now. that night I couldn't sleep, I was terrified of what was going to happen come morning to all of us who had our rifles taken. so in the middle of the night I left my tent and snuck into the the Tent that served as the HQ for the drills. i was shocked no one was in there. I looked through the pile of rifles, found mine and snuck back out and into my tent and went to sleep. no one ever found out. here I am now 52 years old and am still amazed I got away with it. maybe I should have went SF. but I guess since I'm super manly I went Combat Engineer instead.👍👍👍

You guys should review Simo Hayha aka The White Death, A Finnish Sniper during the Winter War with Soviet Union. He has an estimated 500 kills and the lengths the Soviets had to go to try and kill him was crazy and they couldn't even kill him. He lived to be about 97 and pretty sure its because Death was scared of this dude. I don't think there is a movie about him but its a cool story.

Oh I recently watched this because you mentioned it in another video! 👌 Looked visually great, but didn't find it that good overall. Maybe a budget thing so they couldn't go crazy.
Now that you have seen most of those kind of movies you actually have to do "Battle for Sevastopol" as it shows the story of Lyudmila Pavlichenko. 👀
Awesome movie but there won't be gun actions that crazy because it's WW2. 😁 It also hits different now to know that it was a Ukraine-Russia combined work...

It is great that you guys picked up my suggestion over a year ago for this movie. I did not anticipate that you would find, see, and comment on the movie. I stumbled on it just by accident and loved it. The era of the film was 2014-2015, when russia started the separatist war in the Eastern Ukraine in the Donbas region (Luhansk and Donetsk) when the Ukrainian army was still fragile and almost dismantled by the politicians. The film describes pretty accurately how things were in reality for the country. I see the current war in Ukraine from pretty close up to Estonia (one of the Baltic states) and really hope that Ukraine will prevail so that we will not have to experience these horrors by ourselves.

Even though this movie is bias and frankly dehumanizing and in some ways kind of trash it's understandable from their point of view and it's nice seeing people though clearly not informed on this matter who hold bias it's not ill meaning and no trash talking which is nice to see finally.
Though never watched this movie but based on what I saw and date of release I can only what I know or understand.
1)This is clearly post 2014-15 era because this stuff hadn't made it's way in the SF or standard forces let at all.
2)Seems the training parts were showing early militia like groups though not sure what they were at the time.
    3) Clearly if this was post 14-15 era conflict there would be no Russians Fed troops at all unless maybe SF guys. PMCs or outside volunteers here and there but people need to understand something regardless of side or bias but objective fact one can't lie or ignore which adds a different point of view.
Ukraine before the Russian Fed came in was in a civil war and and the Ukrainian government wasn't just fighting Russian Feds or later PMCs but rebel groups like in the Donbass and other parts of Ukraine that hated the government. It's not just Russians they are fighting but other Ukrainians and today still are.
Nice see this regardless and really do hope you guys get out of your comfort zones and give a watch with Best in Hell movie made by Wagner. Though for more info please watch History Legends take on it or who knows try to get him on the show somehow.
