Chris I've enjoyed learning a lot from your videos and in the last bits of my current disability claims which has been partially approved I went from three different and separate 0% ratings two currently a combined 80% ratings and still have four potential more conditions adjudicated. I wanted to ask if you've ever done a video or maybe think about doing one regarding traumatic brain injuries for TBI or more specifically a fairly new SMC TBI rating that I truly believe I qualify for... Thank you again and hope to hear so you soon
I filed my service disability connected 1999 and one of them has been granted since 2000 but I haven't gotten any compensation and I havent heard anything to VA after that decision. And every time i go to VA to see my doctors i have to pay my copay for my provider, specialist and medication. I dont know what to do any advice?
i didnt know what that is. my rating just kinda happened on its own without me. i went to an exam that i didnt know why. i assumed the exam can help me stay in the military. im 100% p&t without me doing anything. i get 70% without trying and changed on its own to 100% then p&t.
What about the hired army of employees trying to discredit claims? What's also conflicting is that most of us who do the fighting suffer instead of getting help. So when we are discharged we only have awards and witness statements to prove our issues.

Can you answer questions about getting your documents found in the ROP, presented at the Court of Veterans Claims accepted into a case; do you have to ask the Claims Court to accept documents found in the ROP as also being RBTA or do the Court accept all documents found in the ROP? For instance at the presenting of the ROP by the Agency, do the Veterans have to ask the Court to accept the documents you cited in your Brief which are found in the ROP?

what about the "overpayments" that weren't overpayments holding up a va payment until " overpayment " is paid off.. but in the meantime they don't fix the paperwork or even seemingly pay attention to it. do you do that or only percentages for disability?
The VA must have incompetent people or processes if they keep overpaying veterans. There was a 94-year-old man improperly paid for something like 6 years. It is horrible on the part of the VA to be that incompetent.
Does anyone have experience with a decision from the VA whether a PE (pulminary embolism) qualifies as heart ischemia to qualify for disablility from exposure to Agent Orange during Vietnam? Prior to an aortic valve replacement surgery 9 years ago, it was discovered that I had a PE. I just don't know if that qualifies as restricting the heart from oxygen to the rest of the body (ischemia). Or is it even related?

I just got my award letter back. I have a total of 5 claim issues. I was awarded a percentage on one issue and the other 4 issues are deferred. Do I need to do anything now, or just wait until I hear back about the pending decisions on the deferments?
Quick question. I have stage 3 melanoma. I filed for compensation 5 years ago and was denied. I appealed and was denied. My oncologist wrote a nexus statement and in this statement requested I be given compensation. I filed to reopen my claim. I also requested an earlier effective date. Does my oncologist letter help me?
I go for frequently to a va dermatologist. She’s a new doctor doing her internship. Do you recommend a nexus letter from her? If she’ll write it of course. I’ve stated the obvious but I’m looking for some input.
What if your appeal has been granted at the Board of Veteran appeals regional office? Do I still have to appeal a higher percentage that was given? Will the VA automatically agree to the Boards Decision? Should I be contacting my representative or should I be contacting the VA?
