Just found your channel and subscribed…was looking for another way to do pot roast…saw how you cooked…said that’s the gal for me…while I am waiting on my pot roast to bake and having my house smell like a restaurant…a good one…oh yum! Kentucky fried and Mickey D’s have nothing on you. All the cars would be lined up for your food. Starting looking at other recipes you have…are you kidding me? Just what I like and how I cook…same ingredients. Didn’t read any comments…have seen them before…I don’t like mushrooms, I am allergic to this and that, is it really a healthy meal?, do you have a vegan version for that? Are you kidding me? Go get a cookbook or two or three…learn to prepare what you like and what fits your diet needs…as for me and mine…this is the way we eat…not a nutritional expert, a psychologist, or your mama. That being said…thank you for wonderful recipes. You are the bomb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
