I definitely tried making kanji faster beoz it takes 2/3 days to ferment . I tried putting rai ki mirchi ka masala which is already matured in the pickle according to the quntty if water .n it got fermented n tasty on the next day itself.. Try.with this too. !!

Yes mam .it's our usual green mirchi rai ka achaar.i take 4/5 mirchis which are full of rai n.masala s which are same as Kanji masalas only.. in little lukewarm water for Kanji...😊
