You can set upside down and let sit for 5-10 minutes for it to melt a little. Some run a blow dryer quickly around the cans to speed up the process.

Very easy. 1st take cans out of solution & set on rails to allow solution to drip back in machine while you draw hot water in a 2 - 5 gallon buckets. I use a squeegee also. We keep our machine in the garage with the compressor remote mounted outdoors. Our block maker has a stainless steel box with an oversized compressor that will freeze 40 blocks twice a day.
Purchased in 1986. We have replaced the compressor twice.

Those cans crack if they stay in too long. Best thing to do is to take block of ice out can soon as it’s done making it.

If you take the can out of the machine for enough time for the ice to melt even the littlest bit, you cannot put back into the box, you must harvest the ice. That is what causes the cans to warp and sometimes crack.
