  • Please consider this tutorial to be the first of the series where we explore the topic of deep learning. The video provides a high level description of deep learning by comparing it with the traditional machine learning approaches. It also provides a brief description of artificial neuron and lays the foundation for upcoming deep learning tutorials.

Thank you very much for your simple and clear explanation away from complexity. I really enjoy following your tutorial series.

Ajarn......Started with the most apt phrase "Get you feet wet".......That is the "Harsha" in you......There are few people in the world, who can be given ears endlessly and "Harsha Bogle" was the one for me.......You are standing in the same podium......Pranams......

Golden moments from 4.40 to 4.47 (that 7 seconds is an eye-opener)........Ajarn, the choice of words while you were talking, you are using is really awesome.......I must have come across and read similar kind of sentences, of defining "'What is Deep Learning?", "n" number of times, and it never opened my eyes......But tpday, it did........Pranams, Pranams and more Pranams.....

You said the input layer is the pixel values. If we don't supply the labels, how does the classification work?

Please explain Dropout. If we are dropping out 20% of the neurons, what are the criteria for dropping them?
