Winter Sun for sure is a really good song. I'm not really a fan of deathcore but devin duarte seems to know how to add black metal elements without it just being symphonic all the time. I even heard some Xasthur in his solo project but I don't remember the song names

I always like the music but not always fan of the vocals but I do like his vocals. I’m really just big black metal fan that has been spreading into some of the deathcore stuff. Man Boris if you wanna hear some crazy blast beats go listen to the new Satans host Album This Legacy Will Never Die Evil Hobbit is one of my favorite drummers

I think you need to revisit the orgin of some of these blackened deathcore bands... Please react to Abigail Williams or the breathing process.. they came out around the time that you got your 1st suicide silence album i am wondering if you would like their stuff because i feel like they are slept on for starting blackened deathcore.. especially Abigail Williams.

Now as glad as I am to see you enjoy this. That vocalist recently got kicked out the band a few weeks back for sexual allegations. BUT if you do enjoy blackened Deathcore I recommend the band worm shepherd with the song ritual hymns OR winter sun. Both songs have beautiful Melodie’s! Probably won’t we sun more tho lol but the lyrics are AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend cause they don’t disappoint

I've tried to listen to black metal, I eased into it back in like 2000 when I was 17ish with Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir..like mainstream "black metal" I need to find some enjoyable black metal. I kind of miss it.

Sadly, i found out today, that the frontman, Lucca Schmerler, got kicked out of the band because of r*pe accusation. It's tough, if you see such a band get their breakthrough and then shit like this happen. I just hope, these aren't true... But if they are, i'm really really mad. We'll find out soon i hope
