[Verse 1] Who knows Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name No glow from above our heads Nothing there to see you down on your knees 25, 26, 27 Off in the future maybe there is no heaven It's just you and me And maybe it's just as well And if there ain't no heaven Maybe there ain't no hell [Verse 2] Who knows Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name Who knows Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name Who knows Who knows [Outro] [x2] Who knows Who knows Calling out my name
Yep, the strumming and voice did it for me
Still one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard
Beach Boys in Beatle boots... best of the best of the best
I much prefer this type of Flaming Lips.
All types of flaming lips inform and influence all other types of flaming lips. You can't have this type without the other types.
Ohhhheah.May all nation's stand as strong as their individuals. Loveyouallmyheart......
Thanks for hitting us with your greatest, y'all
Great song from a great album. I recently heard Supertramp's 1970 debut album, some tracks sounded eerily like the Flaming Lips.
Never put that together. May have to go back and relisten. Great album though. Supertramp is definitely a favorite.
[Verse 1]
Who knows
Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name
No glow from above our heads
Nothing there to see you down on your knees
25, 26, 27
Off in the future maybe there is no heaven
It's just you and me
And maybe it's just as well
And if there ain't no heaven
Maybe there ain't no hell
[Verse 2]
Who knows
Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name
Who knows
Maybe there isn't a vein of stars calling out my name
Who knows
Who knows
[Outro] [x2]
Who knows
Who knows
Calling out my name
25 26 27
