Yeah dude Old Spice deodorant does that to me as well. I tried a bunch of different brands and the best stuff I found is the cheap Speed Stick stuff that comes in a blue container. You want the actual white deodorant, not the clear anti-perspirant junk. I do manual labor in the hot sun and the cheap Speed Stick works all day.

90% of the time if you get the under arm rash from deodorant it's because you were still wet from the shower when you put it on. Just make sure if you do switch to be completely dried off before putting your deodorant on
