This is a quick and easy recipes. It has minimum preparation work.It is in #sidedish in a #gravyconsistency so it goes well with all the food. Ingredients are listed below as per the flow of procedure and for the process please follow the videos
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
-- Saute till it gets translucent
Ginger Garlic paste ( thick) - 1 tsp
-- Saute tilll the raw smell goes away.
Chopped tomato - 1 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder + Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp
-- Combine well
-- Saute till it gets well smashed & oil separates
Water - 1/2 cup
-- Combine well
-- Low flame
-- Cover & cook 15 mins
-- to avoid burning stir every 5 mins.
-- oil separated out.
-- Base gravy should not stick to the pan that’s the perfect stage to take off
-- Base gravy can be refrigerated & reused within 10 days.
Water - 1 cup
-- Combine well
-- Bring it to a boil
Eggs - 5
-- eggs can be replaced by mushrooms / mix veggies
-- Low flame
-- Cover & cook 7 mins
Garnish Cilantro / Corriander.
Ready to serve.
