    Vitamin E oil is also good for vaginal dryness and also taking Omega 3 or 7 vitamins. I also started adding collagen to my vitamin routine as well

      Yes!! Omega's are a must in general and I've started back with taking collagen I can tell when I stop. Thank you for watching and for the additional tips!🤗

    Vitamin e pills have helped me. Fenugreek can help as well.

    I hear slippery elm herb is good for dryness.

    Eating okra daily and taking pumpkin seed oil. 1 week in.
