I'm in the UK. I found a product with potential. Unit price at source is about 20p. I'm looking to sell at £4.99. The product is very light and small. Is a £4.99 product too low? People recommend £15- £25 etc. But as long as its able to profit I'm looking more to learn with this product with lesser risk in terms of product price, then move up to more pricey items with more profit per unit once I have grasped the concept of using FBA with the lower price, lower risk item first.
If I live in Canada, can I purchase wholesale products from vendors in the USA, ship to a US Prep Center, and then to a Amazon FBA warehouse in US? So basically I'm trying to avoid having to ship products across the border and just keep everything in the US.
Does anyone know , as I live only 10 mins from a fulfilment centre , can I take my own parcel/products there myself rather than have a courier pick it up ?
My question is do I have to buy a product outright in order for me to sell it via Amazon or is it possible to list and item on Amazon that I have sourced from another site without me laying out before hand. Thanks

You can. I've heard some sellers does that.

It depends. Every prep-centre has their own policy. Try to talk to them.

If you don't want to lay a hand on it, you need a prepcentre who will do it for you
