GSG has been around for several years. First one I remember seeing was their .22LR version of a HK-P7. It looked like a HK. They seemed to work well. You should enjoy it. They do a great job of making their 22’s faithful in appearance to the original firearm. As a apples and pumpkins kind of comparison, recently picked up a KelTec P17. It weighs under a pound loaded with 16+1. Not a bad little pistol either.
@@untacticaltexan after I retired I worked a few years in a gun store in west Texas, sold some of the GSG firearms. People seemed happy with them. You should have a good time with it.
I own both the 3.5 and 5 inch barrel version's of the gsg. It is well worth the money. I have several friends who have purchased one after shooting mine. The only thing I recommend upon purchase is to sand the inner rails clean of the black paint. Doing this will make the pistol work great also it makes them not so picky on the ammo you run through it M.S. Campbell
I have seen some youtube videos that show cycling problems out of the box. I traded my full size 5 in barrel version a while ago with Tandomkross stuff in it. Was a good shooter!
Yes, it's why a lot of companies offer two different model packages with different magazines for state compliance. It's just my personal wish of mine they would make a double stack model of this.
Tbh I don't have enough rounds through it to safely say that. I'm only at about 400 round count. I'm going to be doing some work with it soon, I'll update

If you don't like the magazine disconnect it can be removed by taking the main housing out and removing the spring that's on the side of it. Easy
Born and raised in California. Magazine disconnect is all I ever known 😆
It's easily bypassed.👌🏽
not unless we stop voting these useless democrats into office.

I've seen GSG guns for years, just never tried one. It does feel true to 1911

Could you convert it to be 45 acp
Awesome... This might be my next pistol purchase and definitely the one I'll begin training my son with
Once I went through a break-in period, it was great. Perfect trainer.
Very nice video. I bought this gun over 10 years ago and it’s been great. I have a couple videos I did on it.
I like it quite a bit. Thank you! I'll check those out
I have one of these and have not had an issue with and it does have weight to it.
I like it quite a bit. Might do one of the full sized ones at some point
I'm on the fence of buying one of these, looking forward to your thoughts on how it shoots.

There are states where the 10 round maximum still exists.

@@untacticaltexan Yes, Taurus being one of them. Many do not offer non threaded barrel versions, which are restricted in my state as well.

@@untacticaltexan Indeed untactical, my gun safe is full of nothing but 10 rounders.
It’s very excessive to have the 10rd limit on 22’s! I understand the laws with higher calibers, but c’mon on the 22?
I couldn’t agree more on the capacity, they could easily fit more rounds

If you're familiar with GSG's 1911, how does it compare to the 922?
Haven't tried the GSG 1911 but after shooting the 922, I think I might pick one up at some point
Older models jammed due to cerakote peeling.
Have they fixed that problem?

Cool
Its 10 rounds california compliant
Gsg only makes 10 round mags for their 1911 .22s, CA compliant or not. I assume that's what you are referencing.
Since i am from India...How can i order it...?
No idea. Im sorry. I don't know the gun laws there.

Meant to be as close to a centerfire model as possible. Magazine disconnect does suck though
