Can you compare G7x with the Osmo Pocket 3. Especially the colors

I love the pocket 3, one of the best little vlog cameras you can get for a reasonable price. I agree with much of what you say. There will always be something.

Skin tones look great with the Dlog to Rec 709 LUT, maybe with a little magenta tweaking but it's a pretty accurate camera for its price and size colour wise. Try and avoid shooting with the standard profile especially in mixed lighting conditions like shops with florissant and daylight coming in at once. :)

try D Log and colorgrade. it will sort the color issues of All the DJI cameras.

I agree! D Log and color grade will definitely allow you to dial in “your look” 👏. It just takes more time to do that especially if you don’t just like to drop a LUT cube file onto your clip. I’d just to a rec709 color transform couple of nodes and be done with it.

@@MBVideo_Productions i wish there was something out of the box that could fix my issues with the color haha. maybe one day i'll try color grading

As for the skin softening, the dji apparently has a glamour effect setting that you can turn off. That could be it
