🍵 💚 I am so surprised the fruit/coconut matcha were all so artificially flavoured in America. In Sydney it’s pretty much fruit compote or coconut water/milks that flavour the matcha. I’d love to see some places being more innovative with natural flavour profiles. I love adding a hint of Himalayan pink salt to my matcha, and coconut is my fave, or coconut-mango compote.
