This might actually be one of the first gated fuzzes I actually liked. It doesn't sputter too much, which is nice. Really, really like how this one sounds.
I'm with you! Wish it had a low-gain setting though for a more "vintage" feel. It would be nice to have a toggle for that.
The tone at 7:40 was sick! Nastiest and most psychedelic tone I've heard in a while.

Was just watching a video you made 5 years ago. I knew you lost weight but I have never seen it back to back like this, man what an accomplishment! Good for you, and for us, this way we get to keep you around much longer.
I know these things obviously sound incredible but DAMN they know how to make a good looking bit of kit!

Mine just arrived. Awesome company with amazing customer service and fast shipping all over the world. KICK ASS PEDAL. Not really designed to be a lead pedal, but does what it does perfectly (rhythm, chunk).
This adds some serious depth to your sonic landscapes man...I can see you using this ridiculously dark fuzz! Almost like they made it with you in mind...great job .. congratulations on all of your success..!

Hi Rabea, great video! Just wanted to add that "vespa" means wasp in Portuguese. So, probably not an Italian motorcycle reference, just a different kind of bee 🐝 :)

Yes, vespa is also Italian, in fact the moped is called Vespa because of the buzz of the motor!

The stank faces are what truly sold me haha! I have a velcro gated fuzz I'm not super thrilled with, but thinking with the octave feature and listening to this, I might need to sell that and look to get one of these!

I really like it. I'm currently using an EHX Octavix, but the ease of bringing octave in and out of the signal in this pedal is compelling. Just might have to give it a go.

Super late to the party here, but love your videos Bea, would love to here the stinger side used panned hard to one side in a stereo multi fuzz pedal sound, blending in that as a highlight flavor fuzz!! Thanks again for all the work you put in, seriously appreciated.

Thanx for a great video. I have an original material Prog Metal trio so my requirements are not too different than yours. It is heaven when you review a pedal because I do not get expensive disappointments when I order one :-)

I like 10-52 in drop C on Gibson scale. Been loving a slinking feel. Rhet Shull did an impromptu demo of this the other day. Dig it. For the longest, I've used an MXR Slash octave fuzz. Independent volumes for sub and upper. And can put sub through the fuzz. Could use a clean blend if I could add anything. Cheers

I would have liked to hear what it sounds like when fed with a clean signal. My feeling is as you are feeding it with an already driven setting it was probably choking it more.
Fuzz sounds best with some distortion.
what can you say about your Neumann monitors? do they translate your mixes? are you happy?
Best purchase decision I ever made for mixing and general listening experience. They’re expensive, and when you’re buying monitors at those kinda prices it’s a serious investment. I was slightly dubious since Neumann aren’t know for speakers, yet for microphones. Since the technology between speakers and microphones is so similar, it makes sense That Neumann would absolutely smash it out of the park.
Why is the signal off when you hold a single note?
