I saw him play on you tube 3 years ago and was totally amazed ! He inspired me so much I went out and bought my first guitar. 7 guitars later I'm a total guitar freak. I play 3 hours a day and love it. 57 years old its never to late to learn. Rock on !!!

I immediately went back up to see this brilliant musician.

What's amazing to me, is that he could be ultra famous. Like someone that is ACTUALLY famous (slash, buckethead or someone), and 99% of these people would still walk right by. I mean, he's fkin good enough. I don't see how anyone could just walk by. I think that a lot of people almost despise people that shine, and they almost have a disdain for people that put their amazing skills up front and center. As a guitar player, and I'm not talking about I play once in a while on my shitty acoustic. I'm talking I play Steve Vai, and can play just as good as this dude, but even still there's no way in hell I'd just walk by him even if I was going to be late for a meeting with a client. Maybe it's because I understand what it takes to get to that level of comfort, all the lonely nights, and weekends spent. Nobody really understands the level of dedication it takes to become this good at your craft unless you're actually a musician, and I guess that's why I'd stop. Gotta show respect. I'd probably take a video and use it to explain why I was late. This guy should have a crowd around him to where he can barely breath.
Also, that mom in the red skirt and white jacket is my hero. When I'm playing piano somewhere I see so many moms just drag their kids away like "We're in a hurry!! We have to go!" Not even realizing that this could be a HUGE influential moment in their life. She stopped and let them experience and explore the moment.
Those little ones will remember that for the rest of their life. To those little people that guy is FAMOUS, there's someone right in front of them making the most beautiful that they've never heard before.
People like this inspire others to work to be able to do something that will allow them to shine. Underrated, and underappreciated. These are the people that inspire future musicians beyond the forced 'you better fucking take a music class.'
They're the soul and foundation of every reason we even make music today.
Keep it up Miguel. You're killin it.
